TINFOS

UHB No.12 Tinfos is a tiny diesel engine, and the smallest locomotive on the railway. You don't see much of her, because she is very timid and shies away.

She thinks that large locomotives are very scary, especially those that run on the Kongsvinger line nearby. Though sometimes she can forget the fear when someone makes her think about where she comes from.

She is still homesick, even if the factory she used to work at has been shut down for many years. She's happy at Tertitten, and despite the fact that she is very shy, she has managed to make some good friends anyway.

She lives in a shed at Bingsfoss station together with a strange vehicle called Kvabben, which we may get to know better later in the story.

Tinfos' big hero is Odda and she follows them as often as she can, but it doesn't seem like the admiration is mutual, so she can feel a little overlooked. Maybe one day Odda will look her way...?

Despite being shy, she has no problems trying to put Granfos in his place when he is being unreasonable.

She also has a sister who came to the railway not long ago, but she's still in the workshop to be repaired. Maybe her sister can ease the homesickness a bit?
